Tennessee Quality Care is one of the leading providers of Home Health Care in Tennessee.

Home Health Care allows patients to be more comfortable and to spend more time with family during their illness. Ambercare elevates home health care standards.

Our caregivers don’t merely do their jobs, they fulfill a personal mission, treating each patient and family member as their own.

You rarely hear someone who is sick plead to stay in the hospital. Regardless of their condition, everyone would rather be home, in their own bed, and in their own surroundings. In order to return home, the individuals require careful attention and specialized care in order to ensure excellent patient recovery.

Tennessee Quality Care nurses and certified nurse aides are committed to helping patients recover as fast and as pleasantly as possible. Our physical, occupational and speech therapists are second to none and our home care assistants make sure the patients’ needs are well taken care of throughout their treatment.

But a recent return from hospital treatment is not mandatory in order to request Home Health Care services. Any individual requiring specialized care is eligible to receive our services in the comfort of their home. Skilled nurses, therapists, and aides work as a team to assist patients in returning to a prior level of functioning through specific exercises designed to help clients reach the highest level of independence.

These services include:

  • Medication management and education

  • Wound care (Certified WOCN to assist with complex wound management)
